Analytics
Every link gets a stats page.
Clicks per day, unique visitors, referrers, countries and devices. Clicks are counted at the redirect, so you install nothing on your site. Known bots are left out of the totals.

Frequently asked questions
Why do I have to sign in?
A link needs an owner: only the account that created it can see its clicks or change it. Sign-in is one click with GitHub or Google.
Do links expire?
No. A link keeps working until you switch it off.
Can I change where a link points?
Yes. Edit the destination in your dashboard; the short link and its click history stay the same.
What is recorded when someone clicks?
The time, the referring site, the country, the device, OS and browser, and any UTM tags. The privacy page explains where each one comes from.
Which links can't be shortened?
Anything that is not http or https, links that already point to dwnl.cc, and links reported for abuse.
Are there QR codes or link-in-bio pages?
QR codes, yes: every link has one to download, and its scans are counted like any other click. Link-in-bio pages, no.
What does Pro cost?
Pro has no list price. Tell us your monthly clicks and the networks you work with, and we send an offer. Once you agree, Pro is switched on for your account; your links and their history stay as they are.
